www.andrenaphoto.com Gwen and Mark's wedding was a lavish affair, with the feeling of a bygone era. The couple wished for a wedding in the Los Angeles area, with an Old Hollywood Theme. I instantly thought of The Ebell Club of Los Angeles. Based on the first conversation I had with Gwen, my instincts told me this venue would be the "one". My insticts were right. They booked it as soon as they saw it. In six months we planned a very elegant affair for 150 people, with an extensive menu, a live band and gorgeous floral decor. It wasn't an easy task, but the rewards paid off for everyone. Gwen chose a Monique Lhuillier, A-line gown. It was adorned with Alencon lace and a champagne satin sash. Her look was finished off with a trendy birdcage veil. Blue Swarovski crystals enhanced the veil and made Gwen's piercing blue eyes stand out. The Ebell Club's outdoor garden was the setting for the simple, yet elegant ceremony. It was a touching ceremony filled with tears and joy. As usual, I cried. The reception was a warm display of lighting and textures. The venue's columns were awash with color that changed to create various moods for dinner and dancing. The linens were luscious satins in shades of sage green and tangerine. Only the finest florals were used in the table decor. They consisted of peonies, orchids and hydrangeas. Gwen and Mark's wedding was exactly as they had envisioned it. Together with a dream team of talented vendors, we created the look and glamour of Old Hollywood.
